Terms & Conditions

Welcome to HOMEO DIGITAL. These Terms and Conditions (Terms or Agreement) govern your access to and use of the HOMEO DIGITAL website, directory, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the Platform).

By registering an account, purchasing specialized medicines, or subscribing to our professional tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

1. Platform Nature and Medical Disclaimer

Directory and Ecosystem Provider

HOMEO DIGITAL provides a digital network connecting registered doctors, students, and patients. It acts as an intermediary infrastructure that facilitates telehealth coordination and specialized medicine production.

No Emergency Services

This Platform is not an emergency medical service provider. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please immediately contact your local emergency service or visit the nearest hospital emergency department.

The Medicine System

Our production and fulfilment processes involve non-alcoholic electro-homeopathy formulas. Patients understand and agree that these remedies are selected based on the specific clinical decisions of their independent consulting doctors.

2. Role-Based User Eligibility and Accounts

A. Patient Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, current, and truthful personal information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must upload authentic medical records and symptom reports to support accurate clinical assessment and care.

B. Doctor Accounts: Free and Pro Tiers

  • Verification Requirement: To register as a doctor, you must submit valid evidence of your medical qualifications and formal registration with the relevant national medical council or professional authority. HOMEO DIGITAL reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke access if submitted credentials cannot be verified.
  • Pro Subscription: Doctors who upgrade to a Pro Account may receive access to online scheduling tools, digital prescription systems, and premium placement within the doctor directory.
  • Subscription Fees: Pro Account fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
  • Account Downgrade: Failure to pay applicable subscription fees may result in the Pro Account being downgraded to the Free tier. Advanced clinical and professional tools may then be disabled.

C. Student Accounts

Student profiles are provided access solely to the digital library and educational resources. Students are strictly prohibited from prescribing medicines, issuing digital prescriptions, or scheduling clinical appointments as practitioners through the Platform.

3. Consultations and Digital Prescriptions

Independent Practice

Doctors using the Platform are independent medical practitioners. They are not employees, representatives, partners, or agents of HOMEO DIGITAL.

Each practitioner is solely responsible for their clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment decisions, advice, and digital prescriptions.

Appointment Bookings

Patients who book appointments agree to attend the consultation at the confirmed date and time. Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in accordance with the relevant practitioner's booking and cancellation policy.

4. Medicine Production, Ordering, and Delivery

Prescription Fulfilment

Specialized non-alcoholic electro-homeopathy formulas are prepared strictly on the basis of valid digital prescriptions generated by verified doctors through the Platform.

Pricing and Changes

HOMEO DIGITAL reserves the right to change medicine preparation charges, packaging costs, delivery fees, and other applicable pricing at any time. Updated prices will apply to orders placed after the revised pricing takes effect.

Fulfilment and Delivery

Delivery periods displayed during order placement are estimates only. HOMEO DIGITAL uses third-party courier and logistics providers and is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, transportation disruptions, political events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of electro-homeopathy preparations, medicine orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once preparation has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where the delivered product is defective, damaged, or materially different from the confirmed order.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Platform Use

Users agree that they will not use HOMEO DIGITAL to:

  • Falsify medical qualifications, professional credentials, identity documents, patient information, or medical histories.
  • Circumvent, disable, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the Platform's security measures, access controls, or data-routing protocols.
  • Deploy automated scrapers, crawlers, web spiders, software bots, or similar technologies to collect doctor-directory information, digital-library materials, or other Platform content without written authorization.
  • Use abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate language during consultations, video calls, messaging services, or chat interactions.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Bangladesh, HOMEO DIGITAL, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, developers, and technology partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Clinical outcomes, treatment decisions, diagnoses, advice, or prescriptions provided by independent practitioners.
  • Temporary Platform downtime, technical failures, system errors, internet interruptions, or disruptions to digital consultations.
  • Delays, loss, damage, or service failures involving third-party courier or delivery providers.
  • Unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to protect their login credentials or account information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The name HOMEO DIGITAL, its official logos, branding, website designs, mobile application interfaces, source code, databases, graphics, and curated content within the Knowledge Hub and Digital Library are owned by HOMEO DIGITAL, its developers, or its authorized licensors.

Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, publication, reproduction, resale, or commercial exploitation of these materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution requirements under applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Platform shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

9. Modifications to These Terms

HOMEO DIGITAL reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in laws, technology, Platform features, business operations, or service requirements.

When updates are made, the revised version will be published on this page and the Last Updated date will be changed accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
