Privacy Policy
Welcome to HOMEO DIGITAL. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, handle, secure, and process your data when you visit our website, register an account, consult a practitioner, or order electro-homeopathy medicines.

3. Legal Ground for Processing Sensitive Health Data
Under Section 23 of the Bangladesh PDPA 2026 and Article 9 of the GDPR, processing Sensitive Personal Data, including health and medical records, requires elevated safeguards.
- HOMEO DIGITAL will never process or access patient health charts without explicit, unambiguous, and active consent.
- When a patient schedules a remote appointment or accepts a digital prescription, the patient grants immediate and revocable permission to the selected verified doctor to view the medical profile solely for medical analysis.

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties. We share data only when necessary to operate our healthcare services.
- Verified System Doctors: Registered doctors may access the medical profiles of patients who book consultations with them.

5. Data Sensitivity and Security Safeguards
HOMEO DIGITAL implements technical and organizational safeguards to protect clinical and personal data.
- Data Isolation: Customer health charts, clinical intake information, and digital prescription files are isolated from standard operational metrics.
- Encryption Standards: Incoming data transmissions are protected using Secure Socket Layer and Transport Layer Security technologies (SSL/TLS).
- Data Residency: Where required by applicable law, restricted health registries or synchronized records may be stored or served through secured cloud infrastructure located within Bangladesh.
6. Mandatory Retention Regulation
In accordance with applicable data-retention and record-keeping requirements, HOMEO DIGITAL will preserve, track, and secure relevant user communications, records, and data structures for a statutory period of at least five years from the date of creation or account closure.
Following the applicable retention period, data will be permanently deleted or fully anonymized, unless continued retention is required by law.
